At GameMoodboard ("we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality services and products to our valued customers. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for our services, including consultations, workshops, and digital products.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand our refund processes before purchasing any services or products from us.
Consulting Services
Cancellation Prior to Service
If you need to cancel a scheduled consulting service:
- Cancellations made at least 7 business days before the scheduled consultation date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 business days before the scheduled consultation date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled consultation date are not eligible for a refund, but can be rescheduled once within 30 days at no additional cost.
Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with our consulting services:
- You must notify us within 5 business days after the service was provided.
- Please provide detailed feedback explaining your dissatisfaction.
- We will first attempt to address the issues through additional support.
- If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the circumstances.
Workshops and Training
In-Person Workshops
For our in-person workshops and training sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date are eligible for a 70% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not refundable, but the registration can be transferred to another individual or to a future workshop within 6 months, subject to availability.
Online Workshops
For our online workshops and training sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event date are eligible for an 80% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are not refundable, but the registration can be transferred to another individual or to a future online workshop within 6 months, subject to availability.
- If you are unable to attend a live online workshop, you will receive access to the recording at no additional cost.
Digital Products
For digital products, including downloadable guides, templates, and resources:
- Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted.
- If you have not downloaded the product and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
- If the digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with detailed information about the issue. We will work to resolve the problem or issue a refund.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
- No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- For annual subscriptions paid in advance, you may request a prorated refund for the unused months if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription period.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Factors we may consider include:
- Customer purchase history
- Circumstances beyond the customer's control (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters)
- Technical issues on our end that affected service delivery
